Pros: I have bought several other big $$$ bats with big names over the years for my daughters. No other brand has the POP that Anderson has. Balls just fly farther!
Cons: The knob on the end is much smaller than every other brand. I recommend buying the knob wrap from thier web site.
New for 2012! Designed for power and durability, the RockeTech is THE bat to own if you're a softball enthusiast. Anderson's design and use of high performance materials deliver superior performance that will maintain a solid feel throughout the bat's life. This is due in part to the new all-metal, multi-wall alloy used on the RockeTech. Anderson abandons conventional thinking when it comes to the multi-wall by introducing Internal PowerArch Technology to the RockeTech. This technology incorporates an arched interior sleeve design to generate maximum legal performance and an optimized moment of inertia (MOI). An lower MOI allows players to swing faster, which results in more power behind every swing! The RockeTech also features a TaperFlex Contour and TrueFlex End Cap that both aid in vibration reduction. Both of these integral parts also strengthen the barrel and keep energy locked in. Holding it all together, Anderson's Grooved Assembly System locks and fortifies the shell, sleeve, and end cap, providing increased barrel elasticity and superior durability. With an ultra-thin whip handle, SG-I Sport Grip, and weldless ergonomic knob, the RockeTech feels better in your hands than any bat ever has. Anderson: Manufactured With Pride in the U.S.A.! The RockeTech is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: My granddaughter is 14 and this bat has increased her bat speed which in turn has helped her in placing the ball in other places on the field, she really likes this bat. Thanks Just Bats and Anderson
Cons:

Pros: My daughter was shock at the pop the first time she used it. She has been pleased with it. She now sees a difference between types of bats. First time I have bought a high dollar bat.
Cons:
by Anonymous - Oct 19, 2011
Pros: So far so good. My daughter loves this bat. She tried her friends bat before we made the purchase so we already knew she would like it.
Cons:
by Ash - Mar 28, 2012
Pros: The best Bat EVER! Has all of the POP you can imagine. Helps with those big hits teams need
Cons: NOTHING! Well unless all you do is bunt then it is like a grounder, but who needs to bunt if you can hit?
by Am Pam - May 07, 2012
Pros: Lots of pop !!!!!!
Cons: Becomes rectangular in shape after a few months
by AFB - Feb 24, 2012
Pros: Great Bat... This is the second one purchased for my daughter. Loved the first one, just needed a heavier one.
Cons:
by spencer - Mar 08, 2012
Pros:
Cons: I just bought this one to replace my 2011 with the bullet proof end cap....the end cap that exploded and fell off after only a few months of use.
by Spencer - Mar 08, 2012
Pros: Have only had one good hit which allowed for a double
Cons: Nothing special otherwise. Not the powerhouse bat I was hoping for.
by Coach dad - Nov 03, 2011
Pros: This bat is well worth it. Has wonderful pop out the box. My daughter is a power hitter and once used the synergy which she loved but now has chosen the rocket tech as her number one bat now. She is a 10 year old that has hit a 200 ft fence twice without a bounce I am sure that she will soon get it over with this bat. Thank you technology. I recommend for power hitters.

Ask QuestionMy daughter is 15 years old and is 5 ft. tall weighs 110 lbs. What bat size and weight do you recommend?
Asked by Mae on May 10, 2012
Based on her height and weight, a 31 inch model would be recommended. Weight of the bat comes down to how strong she is, hitting style, and what size bat she is currently using. A weight around 21 ounces would be most common.

How does the 2012 bat differ from the 2007?
Asked by sam on May 04, 2012
There have been a few minor changes. Since 2007, Anderson had upgraded the endcap to help reduce vibration and they have given it a new grip to help improve the overall feel.

How does it hold up in colder weather?
Asked by joe on Apr 23, 2012
It is really recommended not to use any bat in temperatures around 50 degrees or lower. However, since this bat is alloy it can withstand colder temperatures a little bit better than composite materials.

How does it compare to the CF5 DeMarini?
Asked by Estela on Feb 21, 2012
There are actually some considerable differences. The Rocketech is a one-piece alloy bat with a multi wall barrel. The CF5 is a two-piece all composite bat. Both are very high performing bats, but it depends on what type of hitter you are. A stronger power hitter may have more success with the Rocketech, where a player who's not as powerful may have better luck with the CF5.

Is this bat succeptable to the same damage as a composite bat if used in a batting cage (with yellow dimple balls)?
Asked by Curious Dad on Feb 16, 2012
Yes it is. Since it is an alloy bat, the heavier, more dense dimpled balls could cause your bat to dent and decrease the lifespan of your bat. If possible, I would suggest using a separate bat for use in the batting cage that is the same length and weight of your current bat to help protect the life of this bat.
· Feb 16, 2012
What is the model # on this. I purchased a Model #017022 and is not listed on the approved bat list for NCAA Championships. Is this correct?
Asked by George on Feb 07, 2012
The model number on this bat is KRKTFP. The one you purchased is the same as this bat.

Rocketech or nanotech ? my daughter is 13 and a power hitter. not sure if she can handle a -9 bat. She is 5 foot 6 and 140lbs not sure which bat to choose.
Asked by wendy woo on Dec 17, 2011
Really, both would be excellent. The deciding factor would come down to the weight she can handle. If you don't think she can handle the -9 then I would go with the Nano.

how long and whats the weight on this bat
Asked by julie on Oct 26, 2011
Depends on the length and weight you need. But it is a -9 length to weight ratio, for instance a 32" would be 23ounces.

My daughter tried a composite bat didn't have much luck she has a Easton aluminum bat does a lot better. Does this bat have the pop I'm looking for? She is 15 years old playing high school fast pitch. I think I want to stay with a metal bat what is your opinion?
Asked by Batts on Oct 18, 2011
This will be a great aluminum bat with plenty of pop.
· Oct 19, 2011
Is the 2012 more end loaded than the 2011? I see where you said it is the same bat, but reviews on other sites say that the 2012 "feels" more endloaded than the 2011, even though I can't find anything stating that it truly is.
Asked by Bulldog on Oct 17, 2011
To be honest, it is hardly noticeable. I've heard a few customers say it feels a little more end-loaded, but I've talked to others who say they haven't noticed a difference. Anderson says the weight distribution and balance should be close to the same.
· Oct 18, 2011

Asked by Tony on Oct 13, 2011
