HBF, or Hyperbolic Barrel Flex, Technology allows the multi-layer walls of the NXT Freak to become "fully released" for hot out of the wrapper performance! The proprietary layering of these walls extends the barrel flex to produce a 20% larger sweetspot. Pros: This bat has excellent recoil. It is my second Miken and the 3rd one our family owns. One cracked and Miken stood behind their product which makes us loyal Miken customers!

Yes, the Miken FPNX10 does feature the USSSA stamp making it legal. All bats with the USSSA stamp will be shown in the additional pictures.

Based off initial feedback from customers the new NXT Freak is just as high performing as the 2012 model. The NXT hasn't been out too long, but it should continue to get excellent reviews.

How does this bat compare to the Xeno or CF5? Just curious to hear your thoughts

The CF5 will offer the most flex out of the three followed by the Xeno and Freak. If you're a power hitter the Freak will probably be the best option. If you're a contact hitter, the CF5 would probably be the best. If you're a little of both, the Xeno would be a great choice. All 3 have great pop.

The 2013 Miken NXT10 fastpitch, and the Worth 2013 454, they both claim to be incredible bats, however, which bat would be a better buy for a smaller hitter.

The FPNX10 and the Worth 454's have very good pop and balanced feels perfect for smaller hitters. You can't go wrong with either bat. The FPNX10 and Worth 454's have huge sweet spots and reviews have been great.
