Pros: Just purchased this bat..1st swing went about 310..I have about 250 swings on it a little stiff at first, but have hit some really impressive shots so far.
Cons: 1st swing I heard breakage on the inside & now it raddles a little, take longer to break in then most other Senior Bats, but well worth the wait!
New for 2012! The world of senior softball will never be the same after the release of the Bass Crippler! If you want a bat that will make you stand out from the crowd, this is undoubtedly the stick to own. The Crippler has more pop and more pizazz than anything else currently on the market. The one-piece Crippler is made from Bass' state of the art X2 Composite. X2 provides players with thin walls and an extremely short break-in period. This bat is guaranteed to hit rockets from swing one, and only gets hotter as the season goes on! This extreme performance is made possible through the revolutionary EXPO Cellular Filamentation (ECF) structure. ECF is a complex system of fibers inside the bat that produces a trampoline effect so unbelievable, your opponents will be running for cover! The Crippler was constructed with Bass' certified Pure Performance Technology which assures hitters that this bat is built for one reason: pure performance. With a 12" Extended TRAC Barrel, the Crippler provides players with a sweetspot so MIND BLOWING that it has to be experienced to be believed! If you play senior softball, get this bat in your hands and start crippling your competition! Bass: The Time is Now! The Crippler has a 1.21 BPF certification and is only approved for Senior Softball leagues including SSUSA and SSA. This bat does not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Free Shipping!

Ask QuestionWill you have these bats in the southeast at any tournaments in the near future? The John Daniels in Pensacola, The Aiken SC tournament, or The Peach State Classic. I would like to swing one and I know a couple of the guys on my team would be interested. (D T Express, from Blairsville, GA) I'm a Miken man, but would like to take a look at this bat. I go through several red ultra's each year. End loaded and 27 oz.
Asked by Scotty on May 02, 2011
Well, I can't speak for Bass, but I imagine they may have some of their bats on display at some tournaments throughout the Southeast since they're located in Alabama. I just tried giving them a call, but was unable to obtain any information. You can also try to contact Bass directly at customerservice@bassgloves.com or (205)932-7333.
