DeMarini J2: DXNT2 Slow Pitch

Pros: The bat feels good, got about 200 swings on it, starting to break in.

Cons: break in period, but thats the con with most bats.

Pros: looks awesome and feels solid

Cons: i know there are a lot of solid reviews but i urge you to reconsider before spending the money been using it for 2 seasons now and it just doesn't seem to have pop at all the ball dies off the bat. To hit one over the fence you have to hit it an absolute ton(i've only hit 3). Used a different bat last night and hit one off the lights. Don't get it for the price!

Pros: Just starting to break it in but still has good pop and power even with a bad hit. Solid bat with good sweet spot, grip is great.

Cons: Not a good color for a bat.

Pros: Love this bat! Great feel. Even mis-hits get through the infield. Big sweet spot. Definitely worth the money.

Pros: Whenever a team brings their players in short when you are at bat means you are a single base hitter, right? The first night of use , one of our ladies put two long distance balls way over the outfielder's head producing two home runs. A big confidence builder for her and for the team. They have all been hitting well since. All hits sound solid and intimidating. Definitely all it was said to be.

Pros: absolutly crushes the ball...... ONCE BROKEN IN. Great POP and sounds even better.

Cons: It seems like it took forever to break in. Definatly worth the wait though

Pros: This bat feels great. Now that it is broken in it is hitting harder and harder! Huge sweet spot and the small handle really lets you grip! Great bat!

Cons: Took about 75 swings to start seeing the true POP from this bat. Use it for practice before its first game.

Pros: Great pop even before broken in, a large sweet spot. It seems it was made for me.

Cons: None until this point, except the it could have been a darker blue color scheme instead of the baby blu and white

Pros: good look. good grip. still not as hot as the 2010 j2 out of wrapper. needs to be broken in. cant get it to pop well.

Pros: This bat is a BEAST. If you're a contact hitter that goes line to line, this is the bat for you. Lots of flex = forgiving on a mis-hit. Give it about 200 to break in and you're golden.

Cons: The barrel itself scratches up really easy... I wish these fields we all play on weren't made of rocks & pebbles.

Pros: I STARTED OUT WITH AN EASTON SYNERGY AND WAS JUST A BASE HITTING LINE DRIVE FOOL WHICH IS A GOOD THING, NEVER REALLY CONSIDERED MY SELF A HOMERUN HITTER, THAT IS UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS BAT I CLEAR 300' FENCES NOW NOT JUST THE BAT OBVIUSLY BUT IT HAS MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE FOR ME WITH THE FLEX AND FORGIVENESS OF A MISHIT BALL DEFINETLY WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT!!!

Cons: PAINT CHIPS EASILY ON BARREL , GRIP NEEDS A LITTLE MODIFYING AND THE COLORS COULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT.

Pros: Took it out today and first two swings were monster shots! I almost took someones window out! And I mean first two swings! This bat is scary!

Cons: Its so cool looking I dont want to smudge it but I shall!

Pros: Have had 2 practices to start breaking in this badboy. Team loves this bat. Sweet spot seems to be where the "MAR" in demarini is & flat at end but has turned some of my base hitters into home run hitters. I hit as well as I do with a friends Demarini Distance doublewall which is WTP but the more I hit the better it gets. Mis hits are even hard hits! Love paint scheme but shows every hit.

Pros: Amazing bat! Not as hot out of the wrapper as the '10 but blazing when broken in. Be aware EVERYONE will want to swing it!!!!

Pros: This bat is hot. Ball just comes off the sweet spot. My first 30 oz very impressed

Cons: Breakin period takes about 150 to 200 swing to see good results

Pros: Hits very solid when you get used to the flex of the handle. Has a whip action and makes a great crack when hit solid. Pop is coming around the more I use it. Starting to hit harder and harder the more I use it. My favorite thing is the sound. Team knows it is going far when that sound is heard.

Cons: Has decent pop out of the wrapper but takes a good amount of hits to open up the sweet spot. If you are used to a solid feeling bat the flex takes a while to get used to.

Pros: Nice balanced feel to swing. Had nice pop from wrapper. got hotter after about 50 hits. great sound when hit.

Pros: Decent pop after 200 swings or so, nothing overwhelming. Still an overall good bat.

Cons: Scratches easy, takes forever to break in, rather pricey for a 4 star bat.

Pros: Great swing great feel.

Cons: Mine Broke in half just above the handle grip on a 70 degree evening. After hitting the sweet spot.

Pros: It's a nice looking bat.

Cons: Doesn't have that great of pop. Many other $300 bats out there worth getting over this.
