Pros: This is the first composite bat I have purchased for my coach pitch daughter. She loves how the bat feels so lightweight & she is able to get a complete follow-through swing with a larger bat. We are so pleased with it that we have recommended it to friends and allowed them to use the bat. A few have even purchased their own.
Cons:
This year DeMarini has once again outdone themselves with some of the hottest fastpitch bats on the market! The new Vendetta C6 is a two-piece bat designed with DeMarini's C6 Composite Barrel and Internal Rails Hybrid Handle. The C6 Composite is DeMarini's exclusive, high quality aircraft-grade composite material. The C6 Composite has a wider weave that's specifically designed for single wall bats, providing optimum springboard effect! The Internal Rails on the handle of the Vendetta C6 brings the power closer to your hands, giving you more control and an even better feel. This Rails Technology is specifically designed to deliver maximum strength and vibration dampening for a smooth swing and total power! While the Rails take care of the vibration, the Hybrid Comfort Grip gives your hands a superior feeling of comfort and control. The Vendetta C6 also features DeMarini's Clutch 2 Endcap which is designed for stiffness, allowing energy to be held in the barrel of composite bats. For the player, this means more explosive hits! The Vendetta C6 also includes DeMarini's patented Rotation Index which helps remind players to rotate the bat for a perfectly even break-in! This will benefit the performance of the bat by increasing its pop and extending its life. DeMarini: Insane Dedication to Performance! The Vendetta C6 is approved for play in ASA, USSSA, NSA, and ISA. This bat comes with a Twelve (12) Month Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: I purchased this bat for my 10 year old daughter. She has been an ok hitter this season until she started using the vendetta c6. She has hit the fence in each game played so far and over the fence twice. This bat has made all the difference. It is worth every penny I paid for it.
Cons:
by RCS - Mar 27, 2011
Pros: Excellent length to weight balance. My daughter is very satisfied with bat and the pop versus her former non-composite model.
Cons: Still a little more sting on cold days then expected
by kiwi purple - Apr 03, 2011
Pros: this bat is the bomb it is light so I can swing it. I hit farther and it does not sting
Cons: breaking it in
by Mono - Mar 15, 2011
Pros: Just picked this up for my 10 Yr old daughter. She has not been a fan of composite but at batting practice today, she was launching bombs!Averaging 125ft in the air and hard line drives that were goingto the 300 ft fence. She's a good hitter but this was like magic in her hands. She actually kissed the bat twice.Pop is awesome and she didn't complain once about hands hurting from vibration.
Cons: None so far. She can't wait to use this bat in a game.
by Middle School Coach - Oct 04, 2011
Pros: Over the last two years my 12 yr. old daughter has hit with a Combat lfpp3, Anderson KFP and Worth Toxic 225. She likes this bat the BEST of all. She's 5' 1" medium build and swings the 32/20. She says it's light and easier to swing faster through the zone but the bat also feels top-loaded which helps her to really hit the ball. She's hitting farther and more consistent with the DeMarini Vendetta C6.
Cons: NONE
by Warbird - Feb 23, 2011
Pros: Got bat less than a month ago. Daughter is small for her age,10yrs old and less than 90Lbs. She can "Pole" a ball, as we used to say, with this bat.She loves it!Her confidence rose 100%. It's well on its way to being broken in,properly. It Improved her batting 300%! Bat sized 32/20.It's worth the money to see that smile on her face everytime she smacks the ball through or over the infield!
Cons: N/A

Pros: Absolutely worth the money.. This bat has so much pop, I can't believe it is legal.. I bought the 29/17 for my 6 year old daughter and she blasted a pitch the other day that ended up 143 feet from home plate.. Long way for a 6 year old..
Cons: Non so far, but I have only had it for 3 weeks..
by Softball dad - May 31, 2011
Pros: This is a great bat...... has an awesome pop to it.... it just carries the ball all the way to the grass. My 12 year old got a homerun over the fence on her 2nd at bat with it. She is very little, not even 5 ft yet!!!!!!
Cons: Not having one

Pros: This bat is as good as promised. It is solid with great pop and my daughter instantly felt comfortable using it!
Cons: None
by Bubbles - Apr 23, 2011
Pros: My 11 year old daughter has no problem swinging it. Looks great, even with some some good marks on it. Lots of the team used it and seemed to find there aim, obviously is a well balanced bat. Easy to swing and make contact. Works best with genuine fast pitches, a strong hitter will find the fence with a good pitcher and this bat. Perfectly priced.
Cons: After 5 or so games and loads of practice it's hard to get the big pop, even the big hitters on the team struggled to find the sweet spot. Not great with wiffle balls or slow pitching.

Pros: Daughter loves it. She had the red Vendetta before and likes this bat even better.
Cons:

is this for girls 10 and under use
Asked by Confused Father on Dec 30, 2011
The DeMarini Vendetta C6: DXVCF Silver Fastpitch bat is a good bat for female fastpitch players of all ages. What you need to do is to make sure you find the right size bat for your ball player. I recommend trying several size bats at her next practice to see which size best fits her.

Is this a good bat for a slap hitter?
Asked by Slapper on Dec 27, 2011
This would be a good choice. This bat has a balanced weight perfect for slap hitters. The composite barrel will also give you more pop and better results.
· Dec 27, 2011
From the reviews of the other DXVCF (older model, white) it sounds like every bat was breaking in two. Does this bat have the same problem or has Demarini solved it?
Asked by Jason on Dec 23, 2011
If you look at the overall picture, it wasn't even close to all of them breaking. It happens, that is why manufacturers carry the warranties, just for situations like that. But DeMarini is a great company, always striving to improve their products.

What is the difference between a carbon fiber bat and an aluminium bat?
Asked by Panda on Dec 16, 2011
A composite bat will need a break in period of 100-200 hits before the bat is game ready. There will be more pop with a composite barrel bat. An alloy barrel bat does not need a break in period and will have a "ping" sound and will be more balanced than a composite bat.
· Dec 16, 2011
My daughter is 15,weighs about 125. I bought the 32/20. Too light?
Asked by Tim on Dec 13, 2011
It really depends on how strong your daughter is, her height and what size bat she is swinging now. Normally, at her age she would be able to move up to a 32/23 or a 33/24.

What is the difference between the 2011 and the 2012 demarini c6 vendetta model?
Asked by Lisa on Dec 07, 2011
They are very similar bats. Both bats will have very good pop and nice sweet spot. Most of the difference comes in the graphics on the bat.
· Dec 07, 2011
does this bat have a break in period
Asked by sup on Dec 06, 2011
Yes, since it does have a composite barrel there will be a break in period. We recommend 150-200 swings off the tee or soft toss and remember to rotate the bat a quart of an inch ever 15-20 swings to fully break in barrel.
· Dec 06, 2011

My daughter is 12-13 in March and needs more pop in her bat. She uses a 30 in/19 oz but I was thinking about this bat in a 31in/19oz size.
Asked by greg on Oct 17, 2011
This will have great pop. The length of the bat will depend on how tall your daughter is. Check out our bat coach for specific measurements.

Will this bat be grand fathered in next year or be illegal in USSSA or ASA?

At this moment we have not received any information on that. The 2012 version is definitely approved for both USSSA and ASA play for 2012.

Difference Between DeMarini C6 and the CF5. Is it an Impact difference or subtle ?
Asked by KEN on Oct 07, 2011
There is a subtle difference. The CF5 uses a little higher quality composite material but the C6 is a good bat as well.
· Oct 07, 2011
Is this another 60 plus degree bat? We are in the upper northwest and start play in the upper 40 to 50 degree range. We need preformance and duribility.
Asked by Hatrick1 on Oct 06, 2011
It is all composite so it's not recommended for extremely cold tempatures. Using the Vendetta in 50 degree weather is not going to damage the bat.
· Oct 06, 2011
You might look into a multi-walled all aluminum bat for better durability in colder temps.
· Oct 06, 2011
is this a good bat or what?
Asked by daisyduke on Sep 21, 2011
Yes, this is going to be a very good bat. It is marked down because it is a 2011 bat. This is going to be a single wall bat that is going to have a composite barrel. It is a very durable bat and is a great buy at the price this bat is.
· Sep 22, 2011
What year is this bat?
Asked by coach on Sep 11, 2011
This bat came out in 2011.
· Sep 13, 2011
What is the difference between C6 and C4?
Asked by Rob on Dec 10, 2010
The CF4 uses a different composite that DeMarini claims is supposed to be tighter and stronger. The CF4 also feature Silver Trace, a fortified bonding agent, to make the bat stiffer and more durable.
· Dec 22, 2010
How is this bat different from older Vendetta models?
Asked by randy on Sep 10, 2010
This bat is a composite, meaning the handle and barrel is made of carbon fibers as opposed to an older model where just the handle was composite and the barrel was alloy.

What does Flex Index 3.0 mean?
Asked by Brett on Sep 09, 2010
Bat flex or "whipping action" is measured by this flex index. Higher rating = greater stiffness. Lower rating = greater flex. The DeMarini flex index ranges from 3.0 - 4.0.
