No. The Saber is a full alloy bat. If you check out the Bat Features section on a bat, it will tell you what it is made out of.

What is the best size to get for my daughter, she is 10 almost 11 years old, plays all girl pitch softball, and she is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 68 pounds. Also does this bat have a large sweet spot on it, similar to what the big barrell baseball bats have, and are you able to get good hard hits that get the ball out to the outfield.

We suggest a 30 inch 18 oz bat. This bat does have a longer barrel for a bigger sweet spot.
