Pros: This Bat is AMAZING! Easily adds 20'-40' to my hits, and it's not even broken in yet! Thin handle is great, swing weight feels good. If you play in a league that wil let you use this bat - BUY IT, if you don't BUY IT anyway as a "confidence booster" practice bat! "Bombs Away!"

Cons: I dislike the fact that it does not have an ISF, ASA or USSSA stamp on it! But after hitting with it - I understand why...

If you play in a league that does not have a national affiliation, this is the bat for you! The hottest bat on the market; Miken's Velocit-E Ultra II is unbeatable in performance. The Velocit-E Ultra II has E-Flex Ultra Technology that is coupled with Vacuum Transfer Molding Technology for maximum performance and maximum sweet spot. It has Carbon-X Shell Technology that provides ultimate durability. The new Miken comes with an ultra thin 13/16" handle. The Ultra II is 100% Composite Construction. This bat is non-ASA approved as well as non-USSSA approved but it is approved for SSUSA and Senior Softball play. The Velocit-E Ultra II brings a new dimension to softball. This bat does not have a valid warranty. There are limited quantities available. These are brand new and still in the wrapper. Free Shipping.

Pros: Extremly hot out the wrapper. First game we won 28-14 with our team hitting 12 homeruns. I went 4/5 with 2 homeruns. One was a tape measure shot the other was more impressive because it was a lazer never getting over 15 feet high. Awsome bat

Cons: none so far

Pros: This bat is hot out the wrapper! We have a juggernaut and synergy on our team and they don't come close to the distance or speed on this!

Cons: no warranty...infielder doctor bills add up...can only use it "non-league" tourneys

Pros: Listen I play in a coed league and I used the bat for the first time and let my other teammates use this bat as well and it was nothing but a freaking homerun derby. OMG the other team could not understand how our girls were hitting shots and the guys were hitting it to the other diamond. It's a nice price and you get a bang for you buck. The Ultra II in my opinion is great.

Cons: It isn't ASA approved. :-(

Pros: Little to no break in time. Home runs just fly off the bat. Grounders are insane on a dirt infield.

Cons: Opposing Pitchers worst nightmare, Short life span. Our Ultra II lasted a month and a half before cracking right on the "I" in "Miken"

Pros: Best bat ever made. The Ball flies off the bat.Infielders will be afraid of the ball and outfielders wont run for it cause its alrerady over the fence. 8 games i have 6 homers on a 330 fence and clear it with ease.Im only 5'9 180

Cons: Player safety.

Pros: Makes you feel like a steriod era power hitter, even on bad pitches. Our field's 300ft fences seemed like 200ft with this bat.If you can use it in your league,do it without any regrets...except..see below.

Cons: Bad cracked within a month of purchase, used it 3 or 4 times before it was toast. No warrenty says it all, enjoy it before it breaks.

Pros: Ball contact produces power hits/HR along full length of barrel. Have Ultra II Maxload, fantastic bat but stings if hitting near center of barrel.

Cons: I have large hands making fit of narrow handle unconfortable. Added old fashion friction tape. Hitting home runs and screamer shots.

Pros: Great bat for over 50's. One of the best out there.

Cons: This is my 4th ultra in 3 years. They crack too darn easy. For the money there should be some kind of limited warranty!

Ask Question

15554

What is the difference between the MSU2 & the MSU2M? Thanks

The MSU2M is end loaded which is preferred by power hitters. The MSU2 is a balanced bat.

9412

will they ever have a bat this good to be approved for ASA?

Not as long as the ASA standards are set at where they are. If the standards are changed, then maybe they will.

8763

I want to buy this for a gift. How do I know what weight to get? He is 5'6, 150 lbs. Senior, not a good hitter (but a great pitcher!). Thanks.

The most common size bat for someone his size would be a 26-27 ounce weight. When he gets it, before he takes the wrapper off, have him swing it, if it isn't the right size you can send it back and we can exchange it. We offer free shipping back to us.

8557

why does it crack

This bat has a great amount of pop, the way the bat is constructed is to give it the highest amount of pop possible this also creates a little bit of a durability issue with the bat

6219

does the bat come with a fat handle also?

No, it only comes in the standard size handel.

2350

What's the difference between the MSU2 and MSU2M?

The MSU2 is evenly balanced. The MSU2M will be endloaded with more of the weight distributed towards the end of the barrel.
