My daughter is 4ft 8in and weighs 70 pounds. Is this bat to big/heavy for her if we buy the 30" 18 oz bat?
Asked by mooneys on Jul 27, 2011
Based on her height and weight (not sure about her strength) a 30" 18 oz bat sounds about right. The weight really depends on what size bat she used last year, or is currently using, and how strong she is. I think a 30" 18 oz bat is a safe bet though.

I have a neice she play's in a 8 & under fast pitch. Would this bat be a good one for her. This is her third year playing and she has trouble with pop up,s
Asked by K.C on May 23, 2011
Sure. This would be a good bat for an intermediate or beginner level Fastpitch softball player. As far as the pop ups go, remind her to keep her hands low in the batter's box, take a short step towards the pitcher, and make sure she's not leaning back too much at the moment of contact.

why is it named amp and how good of a bat is it
Asked by poprox on Oct 04, 2010
The name AMP is just the name of the bat such as MAYHEM or TOXIC. In statements released by Worth, they state that it features X-tended Sweetspot Technology resulting in the largest sweet spot of any aluminum bats on the market. Compared to other bats in this price range, your looking at one of the top quality bats.
