One of the lightest and highest performing bats on the market returns for another season! The Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite is the ideal bat for girls looking to gain some bat speed this season. This one-piece design is made from Worth's Lithium Alloy. Lithium Alloy is the strongest alloy in the Worth arsenal, providing serious durability and thinner walls for maximum trampoline effect. The Storm also features Worth's X-Tended Sweetspot that is made possible by extending the barrel 1"-2" in length, creating the largest sweetspot possible in an aluminum fastpitch bat. This bat is topped off with a Center Load End Plug that is designed to allow barrel flexibility and produce 5% more inertia to drive through the ball. With a Silencer Grip, the Storm will prevent sting and give players an incredible feeling swing, every single time up. Worth: Performance Through Technology! The Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite is approved for play in all major fastpitch associations. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

Pros: Light, Fast, and Hot! This is my 7 year old daughters go to bat. We bought her a composite Worth Apex that she loves but this is an awesome bat that all the girls on the team love to use. Ball jumps off the bat and sounds great. You won't find a better bat for the price in my opinion.
Cons: Everybody wants to use it :)

Pros: My 9 year old daughter has used this bat 2 years, 2 different sizes. She is tall and skinny with not a whole lot of arm strength, but she gets the bat around very easy and controlled. Good pop through the beginning and middle of season.
Cons: Loses pop near the end of the season due to using it at the batting cages. Also, tends to sting her hands more often than her other bat.

11 yr. old 4' 6", 85 lb girl. Is this too light? Or is the 2013 AMP 30"/19oz. a better fit?
Asked by Mike on Nov 12, 2012
The Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite: FPST13 Fastpitch bat currently is only in stock in a 31" 18oz. Using the Bat Coach on justbats.com I was able to determine that she should be swinging a 30" model. I would recommend that 30" 2013 Worth AMP FPEX: FPAMPE Fastpitch bat. Unless, she is wanting to move up to the 31", which in that case, the Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite: FPST13 Fastpitch bat would work fine.

Just starting high school fast pitch softball wieght is 120lb and height is 5'8" is this bat OK please recomend size and weight!
Asked by Maddie J on Nov 08, 2012
Based on your size, a 33" 20 oz. model of the Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite: FPST13 Fastpitch bat is recommended. However, we won't have that size in stock for another 2-3 weeks.

How is this bat compared to the Easton ATMOS? My daughter, who is 11 yrs old, is using the 34" 22oz, but needs to use a 33" length due to rules for minor softball. She has been rattling the outfield fence with the Easton.
Asked by Dee on Jul 05, 2012
These bat are pretty comparable, however the Worth Lithium Storm Hyperlite will have a center load end plug that will add some power and pop to the bat.

What is the BPF of this bat and is it really legal? I don't see it listed on the Little League bat list as an approved bat.
Asked by Js on Jul 04, 2012
The Worth Lithium has a 1.20 BPF, required for fastpitch bats. The Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite is legal in Little League fastpitch divisions.

Roughly, how much distance will my daughter gain with this bat rather than the Worth Freedom 28" 18oz?
Asked by J on Apr 28, 2012
There is not an exact distance on how much farther the ball will travel. The Worth Freedom is designed for a young player. The Worth Lithium Storm HyperLite will be a higher quality alloy than the Worth Freedom.

Is this bat legal for Little League Girls Fast Pitch Majors?

Yes. The FPST13 will be legal in all Little League fastpitch divisions.

Buying for my 9 year old who is playing "up" in Majors Division. She has a fast swing and good power. How does this compare to the Louisville Slugger Mendoza? This is her first "real" softball bat.
Asked by dad on Mar 13, 2012
Both are good bats. If she has high swing speed and decent power, I may lean towards a -12 bat like the Mendoza. However, given the fact that she is 9, I don't think she can go wrong with either.
