Pros: Top-quality steerhide shell and palm lining. This is a pro-quality, adult-sized glove meant to last. Not sure what the first reviewer meant by "cheesy"; I got the close-out brown color, so maybe it is/was better leather than the tan.
Cons: Long break-in time due to very stiff leather and relatively thick padding.

Pros: Okay glove. It will get the job done and hold up for a few years I am sure.
Cons: The leather feels a little cheesy. I would recommend spending $25 more and get the Pro Master Series or Rawling Gold Glove. You will get better leather and leathe finger linings.

Pros: Nice glove. Good leather. Now that mine is broke in I really like it. Feels like it will last a long time.
Cons: None I can think of.
