Pros: This is the second Brett Pro Master that I have owned. They are truly great gloves. They remind me of the A2000's of a few years ago before they used the softer leathers the new vietnam models have. They are fairly stiff new but break-in well and are constructed of quality steerhide. This 13" model is very true to size and I plan on using it for softball outfield. Nice feel, nice fit great glove for the price.
Cons: Not really a con but if you are looking for a glove that you can pull the tags off and run on the field with, this glove is probably not for you.
"The Brett Brothers entered the baseball business with the goal of ensuring that coaches at all levels of baseball have access to superior quality products that are cost effective." Consistency and durability were the primary factors when establishing their glove designs. The Brett Brothers have been involved in baseball their entire lives, through Bobby and John's Minor League careers to the Professional careers of Ken and George. The Brett Brothers know baseball. Even today baseball is an important part of their lives, with each brother being involved in their own way. George, who is still a part of the Kansas City Royals Organization and a hometown hero here in Kansas City, was a career .305 hitter with 3 Batting Titles, a 1985 World Series Ring and an induction to the Hall of Fame in 1999 to round out his 21 year career in Kansas City. Not only did he prove to be a consistent hitter he showed that he had the knowledge to succeed. The Pro Master Series gloves are crafted from top grade premium steer hide leather for that superior quality and comfort. This is a professional quality glove that breaks in fast and holds its shape. A padded soft leather palm lining is added for comfort and protection. The enduro-stabilizer provides added durability and shape to the glove. Brett Brothers: The Very Best in Baseball! Pros: Good looking and feels nice. A little stiff out of the box, but the break in only took a couple of hours with some mink oil.
Cons: My only con is this glove is made in Taiwan which would have changed my mind if I knew before buying. I haven't played with it yet so only time will tell. Taiwan? Come on Brett Bros...

Pros: Nice looking and comfortable glove. Little stiff out of the box, but I believe it should be to mold to your hand.
Cons: Little dissapointed the glove is made in Taiwan. Just figured it was made in the U.S., but I guess only time will tell if that matters.

Ask QuestionI play shortstop in a slow pitch softball league. Would a Brett Bro's 13 inch be suitable for the position I play? Or just for sotball in general?
Asked by Jono on May 24, 2012
The Brett Bros. Pro Master Series: PMSOF130F would work well for a shortstop and for softball play in general. You could also look at 12.50 inch models which would be more suitable for shortstop play in slow pitch softball. http://www.justballgloves.com/products/glove%20type~slow%20pitch%20softball/size~12.50/

I just got the Akadema Pro Soft ALN225 and I don't like the synthetic lining in the finger area. Is does the Brett Bros. Promaster series have leather or a natural fabric in the finger area?
Asked by Joebara on Jan 13, 2012
The brett Bros will have the leather fabric in the finger area

I am looking at the Wilson A1000 but want a 13 inch model. How does your glove compare with the Wilson.
Asked by nolan on Aug 31, 2011
These are both going to be very good gloves. Wilson has a reputation of having very durable glove and so does Brett Bros. Both gloves are going to be stiff when you receive them. The Brett Bros. glove will break in a little faster then the Wilson.
