Pros: Ultra light glove, very very strong. Breaks in like an old school glove which is fine by me, the whole "three days of break-in" is rediculous.
Cons: Being as light as it is is a tad disconcerning because it leaves the thought of flimsy in the back of your mind. It is not flemsy however.

For a 12 inch glove, it has a pocket of average depth. Outfielders around 11-13 years old would generally use a 12 inch glove.
