Pros: Great fit, feel & grain. Comes pretty soft and ready to play (although I would still recommend shaping it with oil and a softball. Well constructed glove and nice looking too.
Cons: Runs a bit small (about the size of a 13"). Order larger than you want.

Pros: Great fit, comfortable and lightweight, good quality and looks sharp and easy to break in.
Cons: Runs small for a 14 inch, seems more like a 13 inch.

Pros: nice and big, great fit, broke in when bought, nice pocket, doesn't hurt if caught in the wrong spot
Cons: kinda heavy, laces sometimes come untied

The Louisville Slugger Dynasty Series is designed for softball. Most leagues do not allow 14" gloves in baseball.
