Ask QuestionWhat is really different between men and women gloves and would this glove work for men's slow pitch? I play shortstop. What would be the better glove?
Asked by sortstop on Apr 25, 2012
Women's fastpitch gloves have smaller finger stalls than softball gloves. We have three Mizuno softball gloves that would be great for a shortstop; http://www.justballgloves.com/products/glove%20type~slow%20pitch%20softball/vendor~mizuno/.

I am looking for this model in 12.5 inch size. Do you carry it? Also what are the differences between MVP & MVP Prime models?
Asked by softball Mom on Aug 04, 2011
Take a look at model GMVP1259F. This is the 12.5 model in the MVP Fastpitch Series. Really the only major difference between the MVP Prime and MVP Series is the color. MVP Primes are black, the MVPs are tan. The leathers used will be the same in terms of durability and strength, but the Primes will have a little bit of a smoother look, as teh MVPs will have a little more texture to them.

My daughter is 13 and only about 4'11'' tall with relatively small hands. Would this glove be to big for her? When she is not catching she usually plays 3rd base.

This is a great link that we have that helps decide what glove someone should use and the size that they should use; http://www.justballgloves.com/glove-coach/
