Pros: great fit for my daughter who plays 18U with the small finger stalls,stitching on the inside is not a issue. This is a great design for fast pitch softball. With some proper work and time the glove can be game ready in a week. All Nokona's are stiff but once you break them in you cant beat them they will outlast the game ready gloves you can buy.

Cons: Very long and hard breakin so much so had to get another glove to use while one of our coaches broke it in for me....

Pros: High quality leathers used and available for lefty catchers.
Cons: Obviously like most high end gloves it is a brick when it is new. Have to go to great lengths to break it in so give yourself time. Seems smaller than my Classic Walnut even though both are 32.5. Thats weird.

Is this or is this not a a glove for high school fastpitch softball catchers glove. Your review says this glove is not designed for fastpitch, though the only real difference is the finger slots are smaller for girls hands.

Sorry for the confusion, but this glove is a good choice for high school fastpitch softball. With thinner padding around the edge of the glove, it is designed to handle an 11 or 12 inch softball with ease.
