Pros: i think it is a great glove

Cons:

Pros: Easy break-in, great leather, huge pocket, forms well and scoops great. I used it ingame after only 1 month break-in time and i love it so far. I was a little worried about the oil-infused leather beeing too soft, but its ok.

Cons: It didn't sit tight on the hand, i had to adjust the back, witch not really is a "con"!

Pros: Scoops everything. Very comfortable. Don't apply glove oil to the outer edge or it will get floppy.

Cons: Takes about a month to break in right.

Pros: Great glove, if broken in "right" doesn't take long. Pocket formed good, try petroleum jelly. And the palm shouldn't have worn down if you know how to catch the ball.

Cons: None.

Pros: good leather, but it is to stiff for my liking, but if u like hard leather this glove is for you.

Cons: Took FOREVER to break in, nearly a year to get it where i was comfortanle with it, but even then i would still like a glove with softer leather like mizuno or akadema. pocket took forever to form, and the inside of pocket is tearing, had to get it relaced, new laces hold up make pocket better

Pros: Nice Glove. Lasts long.

Cons: Needs alot of work 2 break in. Real heavy.

Pros: Great glove for baseball, a little bit too small for softball. 2 weeks in and still needs alot of breaking in. However I loosened up the x laces in the pocket and the glove receives the ball better. Soft throws are much harder to catch than hot shots...still needs to be broken in more. Craftsmanship

Cons: tough leather, needs alot of use to break in

will this work for softball?

For softball, I always prefer and recommend a 13 inch first base mitt. It really boils down to your preference though, but, yes you can use this for softball.
