Pros: surprisingly it broke ALMOST as nice as my a2000...obviously the leathers not high quality but it was great 4 me cuz i play a limited amount in the outfield

Cons: laces dont stay intact

Is this glove easy to break in? Also is this suitable for a teenage boy?

This glove is going to have a quick break in period, however being that this glove is not high quality leather it might not be durable enough for a teenage player.

Yes. This glove will be extremely easy to break. It is made from pigskin leather which is very soft and lightweight. A 12.5 inch glove would be a good option for a player in their teenage years.

is this an adult or youth glove

This is not manufactured as a youth glove. That doesn't mean that kids cannot use it, but it won't be stitched tighter to fit a younger players hand. Typically, a 12" model will be the largest size you'll be able to find a true youth model.
