Pros: This glove has held up to 200ish games this year already. It's been through mud, rain, 100 degree heat and all I have done to it is tighten the laces once, and gave it some conditioner protection. The thing looks and feels like new STILL. Great Glove
Cons: Honestly no cons for this thing. Most would put the price here but I would have bought two "off the shelf" gloves by now equaling the same price as this one, then needing to buy a third glove for the rest of the year.
The updated design of the Liberty Advanced Series puts a new standard on comfort and quality. These gloves have excellent shape retention and enhanced fielding performance. These new patterns have been developed for the elite softball and baseball player that are looking for a quality, comfortable glove that requires minimal break-in time. Made from USA tanned shell leather and pro-grade lace, the Liberty Advanced Series uses the same material inside and out to help create an even break-in with the perfect pocket. In addition, the full grain cushioned finger back linings make this glove unbelievably comfortable. The moldable padding on the pocket makes forming the glove to your liking easier than you thought possible. With custom fit pull straps and a modified closed back, this 12.50 Inch pattern is sure to be a comfortable fit. The Modified Trapeze Web design also helps make those tough catches look easy! Yes, this glove would be a great outfield glove. Most outfield gloves are 12.00 inches or above. This glove is made for the outfield.

about to buy this glove but is it a good glove for a middle infeilder. my son is 13 years old playing modified baseball on 90ft bases
Asked by Mac Innes on Apr 11, 2011
At 12.5 inches, it may be a little too big for a 13 year old playing middle infield. Generally, a 11.25, 11.5, or 11.75 inch glove is recommended for 13 and 14 year olds playing middle infield.

My daughter is a very good outfielder tall and fast and playing outfield. She gets to the balls and they pop out of her glove- her hand is sore. Suggestions? She plays rt field an a very good 8th grade softball team.
Asked by Doug Braly on Mar 23, 2011
Don't know what size glove she is currently using, but I would recommend moving up to a larger glove with a bigger pocket. This will give her more room to catch the ball in the pocket.
