how fast to break in and how light

This glove will break in pretty easy and quick. It's a fairly lightweight glove also.

Is This glove as long as other models, I play out field in a Senior league baseball League-prefer web or single post ladder w/ open back-must be tall w/ deep pocket what are my best options?

This glove is just as long as any other 12.75 inch model and will have a slightly deeper than average pocket. The Worth Liberty Advanced Series will be some of the better options out there.

How would this glove be for infielder in fastpitch softball, does the webbing cause any interference?

Fastpitch gloves have finger stalls made for female hands. This glove is going to have a deep enough pocket for fastpitch,but will have longer finger stalls.
