Pros: mesh back is super cool for softball. light weight control makes it easy to maneuver. worth knows softball!
Cons: mesh back looks like k-mart, but after you play with it you will love it.

Pros: Great glove, fast break-in. With a little work it was totally good to go by the second game, and better defensive skills were apparent right away with the trapeze design.
Cons: None so far.

Ask Questionive just now switched to the H web design for slow pitch outfield, but what is this "trapeze" design, and is it better than the H? What is the difference and which would you recommend for outfield? Thanx so much!
Asked by sean on May 18, 2012
The Worth Toxic Lite Series: TXL135 would be an excellent option for a softball glove. The main difference between a trapeze web and an H web is that the pocket on trapeze webs break in more quickly than gloves that feature H webs. Both web types are very popular for outfield use.

It says its a softball glove. I'm looking for a big enough glove for my son,for high school baseball. He is very tall with big hands. I ordered a 13 glove from you before and it turned out to be a girls glove with a smaller opeing and tighter finger holes. Is this a mens glove? Is there limit to the size of the gloves that you can wear in high school baseball?
Asked by Mike on Dec 18, 2011
If a glove is posted as a fastpitch model, that means it is intended for girls small hands, with smaller finger slots. There is no size rulings to our knowledge for gloves. The sizing is done accoring to the position played. If you would like more specific guidance on which glove would fit him best, give our reps a call. They would be more than happy to give you numerous suggestions to look at.
