Up until 1875, baseball players didn't even use a glove when playing defense. The Rawlings REVO 950 Series uses very high quality leather and will be very durable. It is a little hard to break in, but will last longer than most other gloves. The bag is included. The Rawlings Pro Preferred Series is comparable to the Rawlings REVO 950 Series.

Both are excellent gloves with great durability and high quality leather. The HOH PRODJ2 will fee a little heavier than the Rawlings Revo 950 Series.

How does the leather quality of this glove compare to that of the heart of the hide or the pro preferred?

This glove is going to have some of the best leather in this price range. The Pro Preferred and Primo are going to be the top of the line Rawlings gloves manufactured. The Revo is going to be right behind them.
